Web 2.0 tools

Here is a frustrated artist/shopaholic's dream site. Threadless is listed as a retail site but is a total 2.0 site in that the artists post designs for T's; the community votes on them; the highest rated ones are then printed and offered for sale. I am fascinated by the concept; the designs are interesting, creative and funny. Here's an example of a design and the voting. (Click on the image to see the full design.)


Useful in a library setting? I don't know about that. Perhaps if we needed a new logo and wanted to run a contest for the design. We could request submissions and let the community have the final say on the design by voting.
